It is important to be well informed so you will be well prepared. Before making your reservation; read our terms and mandatory disclaimer.

Clothing and equipment
Please wear trousers and flat shoes. In rain, wind and cold, we recommend you to also wear a (rain) coat or warm sweater. First we get you a properly fitting harness. This is adjusted and checked. Then you will receive a pair of gloves. All materials are certified and inspected at regular intervals. It is not permitted to use your own materials like harnesses.

Instruction
Everyone gets a comprehensive instruction and explanation. We want to take away your fears and give you a great experience!

Photos
There will be a photographer to capture your spectacular descent. From Tuesday after your descent you can see the pictures on www.abseilen.nl.nl. Here you can order digital photos, so you can print them as often as you want. You can also order a print item. Note: the pictures will be on the website until one month after the event.

Weather conditions
The zip wire is possible throughout the year, even in rain and wind. Only if the wind is too strong (for the zip wire beaufort 6) and during storms it cannot continue.

Change or cancel your reservation
Change or cancellations until 12.00 o'clock Friday afternoon before your zip wire day. You can do this yourself by logging into your account. Groups of 9 persons or more must change or cancel at least 1 week in advance. When cancellations are not in time all costs will be charged.

It cannot continue?
The minimum number of registration for a zip wire day is 40 persons. If the minimum enrolment is not met, we will cancel on Thursday before the abseil day. The cancellation will be communicated by email or phone when reservation where made by phone.
